Laura and Ben were married at The Loeb Boathouse in Central Park, New York on a perfect spring afternoon. To be more precise, they began at The Marriott Eastside on Lexington where they got ready with friends and family. From the moment I showed up everyone was completely relaxed, warm, inviting, encouraging. The crew that surrounds Laura and Ben were such a pleasant add on to the already fantastic couple, it made for lovely working conditions!

Our time at the hotel was quick, and before you know it we were at Bethesda Fountain and Ben was waiting for Laura’s tap on the shoulder. Friends, family and what seemed like half of New York was there watching. If you want to feel like a celebrity, get married in Central Park in the spring. At least two dozen tourists snapped pictures of these two while we walked around during portraits.

After portraits we settled into the Loeb where Lindsay Jani of Simply Sunshine Events organized a gorgeous wedding all around. Lindsay has been sort of a guardian angel to me since I started out in this business. Working with her is always a delight, and I love watching her hustle on the front lines making it all work like magic. Thank you Lindsay for all you did with this wedding!

Laura and Ben tied The Knot in an emotional ceremony speaking from the heart. Then we partied the night away. The reception was full of great candid moments, although the highlight would have to be Laura and Ben’s first dance, it was epic, and showed off Laura’s background in dance. Always tough to narrow down what to include here, but I tried to get a mix of details, candids, portraits, faces for Laura and Ben (and fam) to enjoy. Guys, thank you so much for inviting me to Central Park for this incredible wedding day. I won’t forget it, congrats again!
